Master Droit et Gestion Publics
The Master Droit et Gestion Publics aims to train individuals capable of piloting and framing the modernization processes undertaken within the public sector. This includes reforms of finances and accounting, evaluation and control of policies, human resource management, and organizational transformations. A particular emphasis is placed on the tools of law in the service of public action.
Objectives of the Master
The objectives of the Master include:
- Transmitting a global vision of the major challenges of public action
- Using law as a tool for the realization of public projects
- Defining a strategy for public policies, from conception to evaluation
- Concretizing the realization of a project mobilizing multidisciplinary skills
- Mobilizing the principles of ethics, deontology, and environmental responsibility

After Dauphine
The Master prepares students for various concours of the Haute fonction Publique and different exams. Upon integration into this Master, students also join the Université PSL, which offers graduate programs of excellence at the Master and Doctoral levels.
Specializations
The Master offers two specialized paths for individualized competency reinforcement in the domain of public law, public management, and national and local public action.
Partnerships
The partnership between the Université Paris Dauphine-PSL and the INSP (Institut national du service public) allows for a mix of students in initial training, apprenticeship, and continuing education, including professionals working with the public sector.
