Real Estate Management Program
The Real Estate Management program is a comprehensive course of study designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the real estate industry. Program Overview
The program consists of 500 hours of courses, spread out between mid-September and mid-June. Around 10% of classes are taught in English. The year is structured on a rotational model, with students attending classes on campus two days a week and working in the industry three days a week.

- DROIT: This module covers the legal aspects of real estate, including fiscalité et droit de l'immobilier, droit commercial, and droit de l'urbanisme et de la construction.

- FINANCE: This module covers the financial aspects of real estate, including financements bancaires, financements structurés, and gestion d'actifs et modélisation financičre.
- CONNAISSANCE DU SECTEUR: This module provides an overview of the real estate sector, including approaches sectorielles de l'immobilier, politiques du logement, and immobilier entreprise.
