Management: Cooperate, lead and manage in health and medico-social establishments

This module focuses on the management of healthcare establishments, covering four dimensions: economic, human, organizational, and reputation. The module includes courses on:

The manager in action

This module explores the role of the manager in complex organizations, providing tools and techniques for effective management. The module includes courses on:

Project management

This module covers project management in healthcare establishments, including methods and issues related to change, restructuring, investment, information systems, and human resources.

Professional memory

This module involves the development of a professional thesis, which applies the knowledge and skills acquired during the program to a real-world project. The thesis is defended at the end of the program.

Teaching methods

The Executive MBA Health program employs a pedagogical approach that combines academic knowledge, professional practice, and interactive learning.
