Overview of the CAS Wirkungsmanagement in NPO Program
The Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Wirkungsmanagement in NPO is a comprehensive program designed to equip participants with the fundamentals of outcome-oriented work in non-profit organizations (NPOs). This program focuses on strategic project planning, stakeholder management, and the application of modern communication instruments.
Program Structure
The CAS Wirkungsmanagement in NPO consists of three modules, spanning a total of eleven days of attendance. Each thematic area is theoretically secured and made understandable through practical examples. Group work, case studies, and discussion rounds provide participants with the opportunity to apply and internalize the new knowledge immediately. Additional learning content is worked out by participants in self-study with modern e-learning methods, accompanied by tutors. The program awards 10 ECTS points.
Target Audience
This course is suitable for all those involved in the management of NPOs or responsible for the communication and evaluation of NPO services. This includes managing directors and executives of aid organizations, promotional foundations, sports organizations, associations, and other similar entities, as well as board members, other volunteers, and consultants and service providers for NPOs. A university degree or three years of professional experience in NPOs is required.
