Program Overview


Change Management Program

Program Description

The Change Management program is designed to develop a common understanding of roles, processes, and tools in change management at the University of Basel. The goal is to build fundamental change competencies that will support employees in shaping future change processes in their respective organizational units.


Target Audience

The program is intended for employees of the University of Basel who are involved in change processes as part of their work and want to participate in the Change Community of the "Modern Workplace & Collaboration (M365)" program.


Program Structure

The program consists of two in-person modules, each lasting 4 hours. The modules are practice-oriented and focused on the application case of Microsoft 365 (M365). Between the modules, participants will receive a concrete transfer assignment to apply what they have learned.
