Program Overview


Faculty of Psychology

The Faculty of Psychology was founded in 2003 and has since established itself as a nationally and internationally visible and successful institution in research and studies. It focuses on research areas that are equally scientifically and socially relevant. These areas are also the starting point for our award-winning teaching and our attractive continuing education and public service offerings.


Master's Program (StO24)

The Master's program in Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology is divided into two majors:


  • Society and Choice
  • Health and Interventions The Master's program comprises 120 credit points, which corresponds to a standard study period of two years. The degree awarded is a Master of Science in Psychology, which is a professional qualification and entitles the holder to use the federal title and to participate in postgraduate continuing education programs and doctoral studies.

Continuing Education

The Faculty of Psychology offers various continuing education programs, including:
