Program Overview

The Exercise Promotion in Old Age program is a short course designed to provide participants with the latest scientific knowledge on promoting exercise and physical activity in older adults.


Program Structure

The 4-day course covers various topics, including:


  • Day 1: Exercise and Health Promotion in Old Age: The Best Recipes (Exercise and Health Promotion in Old Age: The Best Recipes)
  • Day 2: The Aging Human: Changes and Medical Specialties
  • Day 3: Training for Endurance and Mobility in Old Age
  • Day 4: Maintaining Strength, Balance, and Opportunities for Fall Prevention

Target Audience

The program is designed for professionals working in the field of exercise and physical activity promotion for older adults, including physiotherapists, sports teachers, trainers, and individuals offering services in this area.


Admission Criteria

Participants must have completed at least five days of continuing education in the esa system or equivalent.
