Program Overview


Introduction to the Finance BSc (Hons) Program

The Finance BSc (Hons) program at the University of Bath is a four-year undergraduate course that includes a work placement. This program is designed to provide students with a solid grounding in all areas of business, specializing in the skills and knowledge needed for a career in finance.


Course Structure

Entry Requirements

The entry requirements for the program include:


  • GCSE requirements: GCSE English Language or Literature grade 6 or B (or equivalent)
  • A level Typical offer: AAA or AAB in three A levels, including A in Mathematics
  • International Baccalaureate Typical offer: 36 points overall and 7, 6, 6 or 7, 7, 5 in three Higher Level subjects, including 6 in either HL Mathematics
  • English language requirements: IELTS 7.0 overall with no less than 6.5 in all components, or equivalent
