Program Overview

The Postgraduate Program "Networks and System Security" aims to promote knowledge, develop research, and train high-level scientists in cutting-edge topics of Network Communications and System Security. The program also seeks to upgrade research in these scientific areas, producing graduates who can successfully fill positions in the private and public sectors, as well as in research and educational institutions.

Admission Requirements

• Graduates of Departments of Schools of Natural Sciences
• Diploma holders of Polytechnic Schools
• Graduates of other University or TEI Departments with a relevant field of study in Computer Science

Admission Criteria

The selection criteria are grouped into five parameters:

• Degree grade
• Interview
• Published works
• Language proficiency
• Research/professional activity

Program Details

• The number of admitted students per year is limited to forty (40) postgraduate students.
• The minimum duration of studies is three (3) semesters, with the possibility of part-time study, and a maximum duration of six (6) semesters.
• The maximum tuition fee limit is referred to in the Government Gazette of the program's establishment and may be adjusted within this limit.
