Program Overview
The purpose of the Postgraduate Program in Physics and Materials Technology is to train scientists with interdisciplinary education and high-quality theoretical and experimental training in cutting-edge materials, including topics such as development, properties, characterization, selection, and optimization of materials, as well as business skills and knowledge transfer management.
Program Goals
The goal of the program is to provide graduates with a solid background in theoretical and experimental knowledge, as well as computational tools necessary for understanding and formalizing advanced principles in the physics and technology of materials and their applications, environmental and social impacts, and sustainable development.
Program Outcomes
Graduates of the program are equipped to meet the needs of industry, production agencies, research centers, and education in Greece and the European Union.

The program focuses on advanced materials, including their development, properties, characterization, selection, and optimization.
