The MSc Programme in Public Health and Health Policy aims to deliver specialized knowledge and promote research activity in the scientific fields of Public Health and Health Policy. The programme is based on an interdisciplinary and holistic approach to health on a population level.

Specific Admission Requirements
- PTYCHIO: Degree from a University in Greece or from a recognized foreign institution of equivalent status or from a Technological Education Institute.
Qualification Requirements and Regulations
For the award of the MSc Degree in Public Health and Health Policy, postgraduate students are obliged to complete successfully the modules of the four semesters corresponding to 120 ECTS.
Postgraduate Programme Structure
- Postgraduate students are obliged to attend and successfully complete the assessments of 9 modules, distributed as follows:
- First semester: 3 modules (30 ECTS)
- Second semester: 3 modules (30 ECTS)
- Third semester: 3 modules (30 ECTS)
- During the fourth semester, students are asked to complete their Postgraduate Dissertation, which they publicly support during the final assessment procedure.
Aim of the MSc Programme
The aim is to deliver specialized knowledge and promote research activity in Public Health and Health Policy, covering issues related to health and healthcare needs assessment of the population and policy responses to these needs.

The scientific area of the MSc includes:

Examination Regulations, Assessment, and Grading
- A scale of 1 to 10 applies to the marks of each subject.
- The grading scheme follows the distribution:
- (Arista) Excellent: 8.50 - 10.00
- (Lian Kalos) Very Good: 6.50 - 8.49
- (Kalos) Good: 6.00 - 6.49
- (Anepitychos) Fail: 0.00 - 5.99
- Minimum passing grade: 6
Graduation Requirements

- A full academic year is equivalent to 60 ECTS units, and each semester to 30 ECTS.
