Program Overview
The 5-month course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the Greek language. The program is divided into different levels, including A2, B1.1, and B2.
Entry Level
The entry level for the program is A2, with the opportunity to achieve levels B1.1 and B2 upon completion.
Application Deadline
The application deadline for the program is September 28, 2025.
ECTS Credits
The program is worth 20 ECTS credits.
Duration
The program duration is from November 3, 2025, to April 3, 2026.
Online Placement Test
The online placement test is to be announced.
Registration Fee
The registration fee is 50€, payable once per academic year and non-refundable.
Tuition Fee
The tuition fee is 400€.
Level and Time Zone
The program is offered at different levels, including A2 and B2, with classes scheduled in the morning and noon time zones.

Required Documents
To apply for the program, students must provide the following documents:
- Certificate of Studies: A secondary education certificate or a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD diploma.
- The document must be verified as authentic and officially translated into Greek or English.
- Upload the verified certificate and its official translation together in one clear and legible PDF file.
- Copy of Passport, ID Card, or Residence Permit
- Recent Photograph: A passport or ID-type photograph.
- Proof of Payment of the 50€ Registration Fee: Payable once per academic year and non-refundable.
Cultural Activities
The program offers cultural activities, including virtual guided tours to Greece's most important cities and monuments, to introduce students to the Greek language and culture.
Regulations
- Requirements:
- PC or Laptop
- Skype or Zoom
- Camera and microphone (obligatory activation during the course)
- Word and PowerPoint (or equivalents)
- Provided:
- Compulsory attendance for at least 80% of the total hours of the course.
- Attendance is required on the first day of the course.
- Students are responsible for filling any gaps that occur on their days of absence.
- In case of interruption of the course or failure to attend the course in full due to the student's fault, tuition fees are not refundable.
- Justification of Absences: Must be submitted by email to the Secretariat immediately upon the student's return.
- Change of Class: Only during the first week of the course, with the consent of both teachers.
- Provision of Textbooks: Before the start of the program.
- Certificate of Registration: After the first week of classes.
- Participation in Virtual Educational Visits: As part of the course.
- Failure to be Accepted to the Class: By the teacher more than one week late from the start of the program.
- Evaluation of Teaching and Administrative Work: By the teacher, in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Assurance Authority (QAQA) for higher education.
- Evaluation of Students: At the end of the course, with the final grade calculated 60% from the student's performance in class and 40% from the student's performance in written examinations.
- Certificate of Attendance: Emailed after the end of the course, provided there are no pending issues.
Prohibited
- Taking photographs and filming the course.
- Using a mobile phone during the course.
- Any form of violence, physical or verbal, as well as any insult or threat to other members of the class.
