Program Overview
The 9-week Online Course B2.1 level is designed for learners who have completed the B1 level and wish to advance to intermediate language proficiency. This intensive course provides an immersive and focused learning experience within 9 weeks. Delivered entirely online, it offers the flexibility to study from any location, making it ideal for Erasmus students with diverse schedules.
Course Details
- The curriculum includes interactive lessons, engaging activities, and continuous support from experienced instructors to ensure effective learning.
- The course is exclusively available to Erasmus+ students of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh).
- The tuition fees are funded by the Department of European Educational Programmes, and the cost for students is 25 euros.
Application and Registration
- The application deadline is 21/09/2025.
- The registration fee is 25 euros, which is non-refundable.
- Required documents for registration include:
- Copy of AUTh's Letter of Acceptance, current student card, or a Certificate of Studies from the main University
- Copy of ID card or passport
- Recent photo (ID/passport type)
- Copy of the proof of payment of the registration fee (25 euros)
Course Schedule and Structure
- The course duration is from 13/10 to 12/12/2025.
- The course is held once a week in the afternoon between 16:00 - 21:30 (90-minute session).
- The course schedule is subject to teacher availability.
Evaluation and Assessment
- The final grade is calculated 60% from the student's performance in class throughout the course and 40% from the student's performance in the written examinations.
- Students will receive a certificate of attendance after the end of the course, provided they have no pending issues.
Regulations and Policies
- Mandatory attendance for at least 80% of the total hours of the course.
- Students are responsible for filling any gaps that occur on their days of absence.
- In case of interruption of the course or failure to attend the course in full due to the student's fault, tuition fees are not refundable.
- Justification of absences must be submitted by email to the Secretariat immediately upon the student's return.
- Change of class is only allowed during the first week of the course, with the consent of both teachers.
Prohibited Actions
- Smoking in the classrooms and in all public areas of the School of Modern Greek Language.
- Entering with food and drink in the classrooms and all common areas.
- The use of mobile phones during the lessons.
- Taking photographs and filming the lesson.
- Any form of violence, physical or verbal, as well as any insult or threat to other members of the class.
