H.I.T. Program
The H.I.T. program, also known as the High Potential University Leaders Identity & Skills Training Program, is a leadership program designed for female professors. The program aims to prepare them for leadership positions within their institutions and develop their skills in gender equality.
Program Details
- The program is a cooperative effort between the equality offices of Swiss universities and EPF, financed by swissuniversities and coordinated by the University of Zurich.
- The program focuses on developing leadership skills and promoting gender equality in academia.
