CONNECT - Connecting Women's Careers in Academia and Industry

The CONNECT program encourages women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields to plan and develop their careers. The program allows participants to explore industry and the public sector, meet role models, and expand their network.

Eligibility

To apply for the CONNECT program, candidates must:

• Be a doctoral or post-doctoral student at one of the participating institutions with a contract until at least December 2025.
• Be considering a career outside the academic world and wish to meet role models from industry and the public sector.

Program Details

The program will run from October 2025 to April 2026 and consists of seven or eight one-day workshops over a period of approximately six months. Participants will reflect on their careers, meet role models, and be part of a supportive community.
