QTEM Program

The QTEM Program is an international network of leading universities and corporate partners, designed for HEC Lausanne students in Master's programs.

Program Overview

• The QTEM Program offers students the opportunity to acquire strong quantitative and analytical skills, spend one or two semesters studying abroad, and be immersed in decision-making reality through a company internship.
• Students can earn both their standard MSc Degree from Lausanne and the QTEM Certificate.

Key Deadlines

• Track 1 Exchange: Application submission and GMAT/GRE submission deadlines are February 15, 2026, and May 20, 2026, respectively.
• Track 2 Exchanges: Application submission deadline is June 1, 2026, for a Master's start in September 2026, and GMAT/GRE submission deadline is September 20, 2026.

General Terms and Conditions

• Exchange application form: The application must contain all required documents, meet academic conditions, and comply with language requirements.
• Selection Process: The allocation of a QTEM exchange place is guaranteed if the application is approved by HEC.

HEC Academic Requirements

• Curriculum and conditions for submitting an application and before leaving on exchange vary by Master's program (MScM, MScF, MScE, MScCCF).

QTEM Program Structure

• The program offers two tracks: Track 2 Exchanges (application before starting the HEC Master) and Track 1 Exchange (application during the 1st year of the HEC Master).
