Presentation of the Formation

The current volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA or BANI - Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible) environment invites leaders to develop new skills to manage their teams successfully while taking into account all stakeholders. Managing a team cannot be done without self-knowledge or considering the multiple facets of a group. This certificate will provide adequate and relevant tools to bring teams to performance, success in a context of benevolence and listening.

Objectives of the Formation

  1. Understand and define the impact of human and social skills in leading a team or service.
  2. Strengthen self-knowledge and better understand human behaviors within organizations.
  3. Identify concrete and applicable management practices that reinforce the leader's impact on their team.

Target Audience

  1. Any person responsible for a service or team who wishes to develop their human and interpersonal skills.
  2. Managers or future managers wishing to develop and revise their behaviors and practices as leaders.
  3. Managers and future managers who want to make their teams durably performant thanks to a more human approach.

Program Structure

The Team Management continuing education is a CAS designed for professionals who want to develop new skills in parallel with their professional activity. This continuing education integrates a strong participative dimension. Fundamental concepts will be presented beforehand, then completed and illustrated by numerous practical exercises derived from real cases.

The Team Management formation consists of 5 modules, representing 15 days of training spread over 5 months. This totals 105 hours of teaching and approximately as many hours of personal work. Each module can be followed individually.

Modules

  1. Leadership of Self - The leadership of self is the basis for guiding a team with success and achieving lasting performances. This short training aims to equip each person with concrete strategies to better manage their personal resources and thus have more impact on their team.
  2. Organizational Behavior - This training aims to deepen the understanding of human behavior within organizations. We will address factors that impact the behavior of individuals and groups, such as individual differences, motivation, group phenomena, or leadership.
  3. Team Management - This training aims to develop knowledge and skills around people management in the context of a team. We will address key elements to maximize team efficiency, such as trust, constructive conflicts, engagement, taking responsibility, and achieving objectives.
  4. Conflict Management - Conflicts, tensions, disagreements: a manager must know how to face them to preserve the team's dynamics. This training provides clear benchmarks and concrete tools to intervene with fairness. Through real cases and role-playing, you will develop a more serene and effective posture in the face of conflicts.
  5. Human Leadership - Organizations are increasingly faced with ethical problems. The media echoes this, and awareness is major. Ethics is a key aspect of leadership. Learning to create a climate of integrity and interpersonal trust becomes the foundation of the success of any team and organization.
