The Master's program in Management of Sports Organizations is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the sports industry and the skills necessary to succeed in management positions.

The program aims to form managers who are directly operational and evolutionary, capable of implementing and adapting management methods and tools to the professional realities of sports structures in all sectors of professionalization. The program focuses on three main areas of professionalization: the sports industry, sports clubs, and tourism and sports leisure.

The program is divided into two semesters, with the first semester consisting of intensive coursework and the second semester combining intensive coursework with a professional placement. The professional placement is a minimum of five months and can start at the beginning of the academic year.


Admission Criteria

Admission to the program is based on the following criteria:


  • For students in initial training: holding a degree in the field of STAPS with 180 validated ECTS credits or a degree from another field with 180 validated ECTS credits.
  • For students in continuing education: having a significant experience in the field of sports management.

The program requires students to complete a minimum of 1100 hours of coursework and professional placement. The program is taught in French, and students must have a good understanding of the language to be admitted.
