Program Overview
The Master's program in Health, with a focus on Research and Motor Disability Rehabilitation, is designed for professionals interested in the assessment and research of motor disability rehabilitation. The program has three main educational objectives:
- Acquire assessment tools for motor disabilities based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) model.
- Acquire the foundational knowledge for developing motor rehabilitation techniques grounded in evidence-based medicine (EBM).
- Acquire the methodological foundations for developing compensatory methods for motor disabilities.
Program Description
The program is a Master's degree with a specialization in Health, focusing on Research and Motor Disability Rehabilitation. It is designed to train professionals who can work directly with individuals with disabilities, contribute to the organization of care for people with disabilities, and participate in research into the determinants of health.
Admission Criteria
Any student holding a Master 1 (M1) degree or equivalent may apply for this master's program. The program is primarily designed for students who have completed the M1 in Health at the Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences and Techniques (ISTR), but also for students holding an M1 relevant to the objectives of the master's program.
Tuition Fees
The tuition fees for the program are as follows:
- 15 per hour of training for candidates resuming studies with funding.
- 233 (tuition fees, potentially increased by a continuing education engineering package of 600) if the candidate's situation requires particular support.
Funding Arrangements
The Continuing Education Service manages the administrative processing and monitoring of funding. Funding arrangements vary according to the professional situation of the candidate, including company training plans, individual training leave, and professional training leave.
Enrollment Procedure
The enrollment procedure involves submitting an application for the Master's program via the E-Candidat website or the 尒udes en France website for foreign students. The application must be accompanied by all required documents, and the deadline for submission is June 18 for the first registration session and August 20 for the second registration session.
Tutoring
Each student will be assigned a tutor from the teaching team to help develop their critical thinking and synthesis skills.
Program Structure
The program consists of two semesters, with the first semester comprising 9 compulsory units and 1 optional unit. The second semester includes a stage unit and a thematic conference unit.
