The Diplôme Inter-Universitaire (DIU) in Santé is a multidisciplinary and generalist program focused on the management of endometriosis and adenomyosis. The program is designed to provide professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills to diagnose, treat, and manage these conditions.

Objectives

  • Plan and implement diagnostic and therapeutic interventions

Curriculum

The program includes:


  • Theoretical teaching (80 hours)
  • Practical training (12 hours)
  • Other activities, such as live surgery, case studies, and role-playing

Evaluation

  • Assiduity: Mandatory, with a condition to pass exams
  • Exam Conditions:
    • Written exam on the last day (50%)
    • Oral exam on the last half-day (50%)
  • Elimination Conditions:
    • Unjustified absences exceeding 2 days
    • Failure to justify the 3 stages of RCP

Prerequisites

Candidates must meet specific prerequisites, including:


  • Gynecologists-Obstetricians
  • Medical Gynecologists
  • Professionals with a diploma in Reproductive Medicine
  • Interns enrolled in the DES of Gynecology-Obstetrics or Medical Gynecology
  • Surgeons, Radiologists, General Practitioners involved in the diagnosis and management of endometriosis
  • Midwives involved in the diagnosis and management of endometriosis

Admission Criteria

  • Candidates must submit a application dossier (CV, diploma, and motivation letter) before September 1st.
  • The pedagogical team will review the dossier and provide a written authorization for registration.
