International Aspect of the Training
The apprenticeship contract (with a French law company) and weekly alternation do not allow for international activity during the license year.
Alternation Information
The alternation takes place with a weekly rhythm during the school period (from mid-September to mid-June). The rest of the time is spent in the company, including a significant part of the trial period (2 months: from early September to late October), allowing the company and the apprentice to get to know each other from the beginning of the year. With an apprenticeship contract, the apprentice is an employee who benefits from the rights and duties of a company employee (holidays). Thus, even the apprentice's presence in class is equivalent to being sent for training by the company. The apprentice remains under the employee regime (constraint of assiduity) and is paid as a percentage of the SMIC based on their age and whether the company is public or private (above 51% of the SMIC).
