The Diplôme Universitaire Lean Agile is a university diploma that aims to provide individuals with the competence in Lean and Agile methodologies through the certification of Green Belt. This diploma is designed for future or current directors, managers, project leaders, or team leaders who wish to improve their managerial posture in project management, team animation, problem-solving, and process management.
Program Description
The program focuses on developing a new managerial posture through the mastery of Lean (using the DMAIC methodology) and team animation in Agile mode, leading to the acquisition of the Green Belt certification. The diploma is constructed around the DMAIC methodology, where participants start and finish together, promoting a sense of group work and emulation.

- Theoretical Foundation: A detailed review of the Lean Agile methodology and DMAIC.
- Practical Application: Explanation of tool usage, case studies, and numerous examples to support concepts and tools.
- Project Conduct: Participants conduct a project according to Lean Agile principles, culminating in a visit to an enterprise.

Modalities of Evaluation
- Individual Exam: 2 hours, 100 questions, requiring 70% success.
- Validation of the Internship: Through a presentation with the program director, pedagogical co-responsible, and an enterprise representative, conditional on the success of the written part.
- Assiduity and Average: At each test (non-compensable notes).
Specificities and Prerequisites
- Conditions for Obtaining the Diploma: Include an individual exam, validation of the internship, and assiduity with a minimum average at each test.
- Public Concerned: Future or current directors, managers, project leaders, or team leaders with a minimum degree of BAC +3 in sciences, economy, and/or management and at least 3 years of professional experience.
Access Modalities
- Selection Mode: Pre-selection on file (CV + cover letter) followed by an interview to expose the motivations of the professional project in connection with the DU.
