The PREDITOX 2026 programme is scheduled to take place from January 12, 2026, to January 16, 2026, in Lyon, France.

Programme Details

The programme consists of the following topics:

• Getting started with R (one day): Basic programming, graphics, and some basic statistical analyses.
• Dose-response modeling (one day and a half): Generalized nonlinear models, frequentist versus Bayesian inference, and help in optimizing the experimental design.
• Toxicokinetics toxicodynamics (TKTD) modeling (two days): Introduction to advanced dose-response modeling including time dependency.
• Species Sensitivity Distribution (SSD) (one half-day): Fit of probability distributions, censored data, and introduction to hierarchical modeling.

Programme Methodology

These topics will be introduced through the use of software R and JAGS, as well as some appropriate packages (e.g., morse, rbioacc), and by using the web platform MOSAIC.
