• Duration: 2 semesters
• Objective: To acquire basic knowledge and skills in internal medicine and clinical immunology.

Phase d'Approfondissement

• Duration: 6 semesters
• Objective: To deepen knowledge and skills in internal medicine and clinical immunology.
• Teaching Methods: Similar to Phase Socle, with an emphasis on more complex cases and independent practice.
• Knowledge to Acquire:
  • In-depth understanding of internal medicine pathologies.
  • Principles of prevention and management of iatrogenic risks.
  • Methodology of clinical research.
• Competences to Acquire:
  • Ability to diagnose and manage complex internal medicine cases.
  • Ability to prevent and manage iatrogenic risks.
  • Ability to participate in clinical research.
• Stages:
  • 1 stage in a hospital setting specializing in internal medicine and clinical immunology.
  • 1 stage in a hospital setting specializing in intensive care and internal medicine.
  • 4 elective stages.

Phase de Consolidation

• Duration: 1 year
• Objective: To consolidate skills and knowledge, preparing for autonomous practice.
• Teaching Methods: Focus on professional development and continuous learning.
• Competences to Acquire:
  • Complete autonomy in managing common pathologies.
  • Ability to personalize patient care.
  • Ability to prevent risks and manage adverse events.
• Stages:
  • 1 year-long stage or 2 semesters-long stages in a hospital setting specializing in internal medicine and clinical immunology.

Evaluation and Validation

Evaluation is continuous throughout the program, assessing both knowledge and competences. Validation of each phase is based on the acquisition of specified competences and knowledge, ensuring that graduates are fully prepared for professional practice in internal medicine and clinical immunology.
