Objectives
- Primary Objectives:
- Conduct a Motivational Interview in a professional setting with an ambivalent interlocutor regarding change.
- Code and analyze an interview using the MITI coding grid.
- Define progress paths in learning Motivational Interview.
- Secondary Objectives:
- Explain motivation theories and change models.
- Describe theoretical and practical aspects of Motivational Interviewing.
- Explain humanistic psychology currents.
- Explain cognitive theories underlying Motivational Interview foundations.
- Describe the main results of Motivational Interview evaluations.
Hourly Volume
- Theoretical Teaching: 98 hours
- Practical Supervision: 12 hours

Evaluation Modalities
- Assiduity: Mandatory, conditioning exam authorization (presence at 80% of teachings, presence with recordings at 6 supervisions, and completion of at least 5 out of 6 Intersessional Works).
- Knowledge Evaluation: Table evaluation, 45 minutes for 10 questions.
- Coding and Analysis of Interviews: Submission of two coded and analyzed interviews before June 1, 2026.
- Direct Interview: 15-minute interview with a patient-trainer on June 19, 2026.
Conditions for Obtaining the Diploma
- Attendance: Represents 20% of the final grade.
- Exams: Represent 80% of the final grade.
- Total Rating: Out of 100.
- Admission Criteria: Students are admitted if they obtain at least 60 points out of the total.

- Written Agreement: From the teaching supervisor, to be provided with the university registration dossier.
- Selection Mode: Based on a candidacy file.

- Holder of a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Letter of motivation.
- Professional situation mentioning regular interviews with individuals subject to change.
