    • Synthesis note (20%)
    • Project presentation in front of a jury (30%)

  • The written agreement of the teaching supervisor must be provided with the registration dossier.
  • The program is specifically designed for medical doctors in team management situations, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience.

This diploma is aimed at medical doctors in hierarchical or transverse team management positions, such as heads of services, functional unit managers, or pole managers. A DISC test is realized before the first module and debriefed during it.
