The Dipl獽e Inter-Universitaire (DIU) in Medicine is a two-year program offered in collaboration with the universities of Lyon 1, Nantes, and Sorbonne Paris Nord. The program is supported by the French Society of General Medicine (SFMP) and the French National Society of Internal Medicine (SFMNI).

Admission Criteria
- Eligibility: The program is open to doctors holding a Doctorate in Medicine (General Medicine/Specialized Medicine).
- Application Procedure: Candidates must submit their applications during the specified dates and according to the indicated modalities.
- Selection Process: The applications will be reviewed and selected by the pedagogical committee.
Evaluation Methods
- Attendance Control: Connection to all courses and completion of progressive clinical files.
- Knowledge Evaluation:
- Evaluation at the end of each module (continuous assessment), including one or more progressive clinical files.
- Final evaluation, including several clinical files, with a duration of 3 hours.
- Validation of viewing at least 50% of the 16 virtual classes.
Public Concerned
The program is designed for doctors who want to acquire skills in general medicine and internal medicine.
Maximum and Minimum Enrollment
- Maximum Enrollment: 300 per promotion, with 100 per partner university.
- Minimum Enrollment: 30
Program Objectives
- Objective 1: To diagnose clinical and biological situations commonly encountered in general medicine and emergency services.
- Objective 2: To manage frequent pathologies (e.g., organ failure, community-acquired infections, diabetes, venous thromboembolic disease, anemia).
- Objective 3: To interact with other hospital doctors, liberal doctors, and post-hospitalization structures.
