The Dipl獽e Inter-Universitaire (DIU) in Health, with a focus on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) at all ages, is a comprehensive program designed for healthcare professionals. Program Description

The DIU program is a one-year course that consists of 109 hours of instruction, including 46 hours of e-learning and 63 hours of interactive teaching via video conferencing. The program is divided into three modules, each lasting three days, and is taught by specialists in the field of ADHD from Lyon, Lille, and Strasbourg.

Objectives

The program's objectives include:

• Diagnosing ADHD in children and adults
• Identifying comorbidities and differential diagnoses
• Evaluating the functional impact of ADHD
• Understanding neuropsychological assessments and indications for ADHD
• Developing therapeutic programs for individuals with ADHD
• Recognizing medication classes used in ADHD treatment, their pharmacological characteristics, and potential side effects
• Understanding non-medication interventions for ADHD, including psychotherapies, cognitive remediation, neurofeedback, and neuromodulation

Evaluation Methods

The program evaluation consists of:

• Attendance and participation in teaching sessions
• A final exam at the end of the year
• A memoir (dissertation) that accounts for 50% of the final grade
• An oral presentation of the memoir, which accounts for 25% of the final grade
• A question on knowledge related to the memoir or the program's teachings, which accounts for 25% of the final grade

Memoir Guidelines

The memoir should be 15-20 pages long, excluding bibliography and annexes, and should follow the IMRAD structure (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion). The memoir can take the form of a case study, a literature review, or a research project.

Specificities and Prerequisites

Candidates must meet specific prerequisites, including a background in healthcare, and must submit a dossier of application, including a CV and a letter of motivation. The program is open to a maximum of 50 participants and requires a minimum of 20 participants to run.
