Master Management des PME-PMI
The Master Management des PME-PMI is a program realized in partnership between the ISFA and the GEA department of the IUT Lyon 1. The training is entirely in alternation (M1 and M2).
Program Description
The "Pilotage et développement des PME-PMI" course of the Master Management des PME-PMI proposes to students to understand all aspects of the functioning of a PME-PMI in order to support its development. In close connection with companies, and realized in partnership with the GEA department of the IUT Lyon 1, this training is entirely in alternation (1st and 2nd year of master).
Target Audience
The master's program is aimed at candidates holding a BAC+3 with a management specialization, mastering the fundamentals in management, accounting, and finance. To follow the training, candidates must have skills related to number professions and know the main elements in strategy, financial analysis, management control, strategic and operational marketing. A good level of English is also desirable.
