Certification de Test de Connaissance du FranÁais (TCF)
The Test de Connaissance du FranÁais (TCF) is a certification program designed for foreign students. The program is offered in partnership with France Education International.
Presentation des Epreuves
The TCF exam consists of several sections:
- Comprťhension orale: 25 minutes
- MaÓtrise des structures de la langue: 15 minutes
- Comprťhension ťcrite: 45 minutes
- Expression ťcrite: 60 minutes
The total duration of the exam is 2 hours and 25 minutes.
Preparation aux Epreuves
To prepare for the TCF exam, students can:
- Familiarize themselves with the exam format and duration
- Review examples of exam questions
- Immerse themselves in the French language by reading, watching TV, listening to the radio, and speaking with native speakers

Exam results are presented as follows:
- A score for each section (comprťhension orale, maÓtrise des structures de la langue, and comprťhension ťcrite)
- A global score, which is a weighted average of the three section scores
