After passing a competitive exam accessible to those with a Bachelor's degree plus three years of education, future Principal Education Advisors must pursue the Master's in Teaching and Education with a specialization in Principal Education Advisor. This training focuses on school life, co-education, and student support, aiming to develop the skills necessary for monitoring students, guaranteeing a conducive learning environment, and contributing to the educational cohesion of the institution in collaboration with pedagogical teams, families, and institutional partners.
Program Structure
- The program includes a progressive introduction to the profession through a 12-week observation and practice period in the first year (M1) and a part-time internship with responsibilities in front of students in the second year (M2).
