EU program / Topics covered

The objectives of the courses in this unit of teaching are to provide improvement in general computer science and transversal skills.

• Databases-Advanced Use: aims to provide in-depth knowledge of relational database management systems, including database integrity, access security, physical security, performance, and optimization.
• Object programming language - Java: allows for the design and development of a simple client-server application with access to data from a database management system.
• Intranet/Internet and security architectures: emphasizes security aspects, including tools and methods for security audits, the study of known vulnerabilities, and means of remedying them.
• Web technologies: web programming tools, essentially PHP and MySQL, are implemented.

Company culture

• English: allows students to acquire terminology related to information systems, data collection, and statistical analysis through dashboards and graphs.
• Communication: aims to strengthen the ability to communicate in groups, develop the ability to present technical content orally, and train in writing professional documents.
• Management Control: enables students to understand methods of cost calculation, dashboard construction, and analysis of financial synthesis documents after assimilating the context (the company, its organization, its objective, the interactions between the company's functions, its management according to rules, operating methods, management styles).
