Course Description
The program involves multidisciplinary knowledge and pedagogical practice in a set of physical and sports activities, such as sports, dances, fights, gymnastics, and games. At UFMG, the graduation is offered in the modalities of licensure (teacher training for basic education) and bachelor's degree, which forms professionals for performance in various areas, such as academies, sports schools, and dance schools, clubs, and sports federations, among others.
Areas of Professional Activity
During the course at UFMG, students deepen their knowledge in areas such as biomedical and humanistic sciences, among other disciplines. In the bachelor's modality, professionals become apt to provide services in physical, sports, recreational, and management activities in the area, in public and private institutions.

Admission Criteria
The selection for vacancies occurs through the Unified Selection System (Sisu), which uses notes from the National High School Exam (Enem), and through the selective process of serial evaluation.
