PercepÓÐo Musical e ApreciaÓÐo Program

The PercepÓÐo Musical e ApreciaÓÐo program is designed to develop musical appreciation, creation, and performance capabilities through the study of music theory and practices.

Program Structure

The program is structured into two levels: IniciaÓÐo and AtualizaÓÐo.

• IniciaÓÐo: Mµdulos I and II
• AtualizaÓÐo: Mµdulos I and II, with optional Mµdulos III and IV

Target Audience

The program is open to individuals aged 15 and above.

Duration

The program duration is:

• 150 hours (in 04 semesters) for IniciaÓÐo
• 225 hours (in 06 semesters) for AtualizaÓÐo Each module consists of 37.5 hours of classes, spread over 15 weeks, with 2.5 hours of classes per week.

Calendar and Information

For the 1st semester of 2026:

• AtualizaÓÐo Mµdulo III: 1 class with 18 vacancies for veterans and new students
• IniciaÓÐo Mµdulo I: 1 class with 18 vacancies for new students Note: The minimum number of enrolled students required for each class to be viable is 10.

Admission

To enroll in the IniciaÓÐo Mµdulo I, new students must register regularly. Available vacancies (18) will be filled in the order of registration. To enroll directly in the AtualizaÓÐo Mµdulo III, new students must first familiarize themselves with the program content already covered in Mµdulos I and II NÚvel AtualizaÓÐo.

Observations

In the first weeks of classes, the professor will assess the performance of new students in the AtualizaÓÐo Mµdulo III. If necessary, the registration can be canceled, and the value will be refunded. Alternatively, if there are available vacancies, the student can adjust their registration and migrate to the IniciaÓÐo Mµdulo I class.

Investment

The program cost is:

• R$ 811.00 (eight hundred and eleven reais) for IniciaÓÐo Mµdulo I and AtualizaÓÐo Mµdulo III Payment options:
  • 5% discount for payment in full at the time of registration: R$ 770.45 (seven hundred and seventy reais and forty-five centavos)
  • Payment in five installments: registration fee of R$ 81.10 (eighty-one reais and ten centavos) plus four installments of R$ 182.48 (one hundred and eighty-two reais and forty-eight centavos)

Discounts

Students enrolled in the Instrumentos e Canto courses at the Escola de Mºsica can receive discounts:

• 15% discount (R$ 689.35): registration fee of R$ 68.94 plus four installments of R$ 155.10
• 20% discount (R$ 648.80) for payment in full

Scholarships

Partial or full scholarships may be awarded, subject to the availability of funds and the number of enrolled students. Students interested in applying for a scholarship must undergo a socio-economic evaluation during the registration period.

• AtualizaÓÐo Mµdulo III: Fridays, 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM
