Selection Process - Enare
The selection process for the Specialization Course in Obstetric Nursing residency modality occurs via the National Residency Exam (Enare).
What is Enare?
The National Residency Exam, also known as Enare, is an evaluation conducted by the Brazilian Hospital Services Company (Ebserh/MEC) and aims to offer more opportunities for residency vacancies in medical, multi, and uniprofessional areas. These opportunities occur through the adhesion of various public institutions to the program.
Classification System
The Enare classification system is similar to the Enem/Sisu system, where the candidate leaves with the score achieved in the chosen specialty after the tests and uses it to indicate where they intend to work. The system remains open for a determined time for each candidate to register their location of choice. The best scores gain prominence in relation to the lower ones, which defines who will occupy the available vacancies.
