Overview of the course
Mental health nurses fulfill a vital role in supporting people of all ages and backgrounds on some of the most difficult and most challenging times in their lives.
Our four -year degree course in mental health nursing will provide you with the theoretical and practical knowledge you need to provide high quality compassionate nursing care for people dealing with mental illness, as well as supporting their families.
You will gain interpersonal and communication skills to prepare you to work as part of a team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, community workers, occupational therapists and physiotherapists.

Entry Requirements
The University will consider applications from students offering a wide range of qualifications.
