The Egyptian Centre - Spirits and Games: Half Term Halloween Workshop is a one-day workshop held during the October half-term holidays.

Program Details

• Dates: Tuesday, 28 October - Friday, 31 October 2014
• Time: 10am - 3pm
• The program is suitable for children aged 6-10 years old.

Program Activities

• Participants will hear a spooky story from ancient Egypt that was told thousands of years ago.
• They will play a magical game of Senet and try their hand at mummifying a fake mummy in preparation for the afterlife.
• They will also create a snake lamp to take home - the ancient Egyptians used these lamps to protect their homes from spirits.

Program Fees

• The cost for the day is £15 (10am - 3pm).

Attendance

• There are limited places available, and booking in advance is required (participants should bring a lunch with them).
