Program Overview


Introduction to the Bachelor's Program in Food Chemistry

The Bachelor's program in Food Chemistry at the University of W³rzburg has been offered since the winter semester of 2010/2011. As of the winter semester 2025/26, a new amendment to the examination regulations of the 2015 version will come into effect. The goals of the program and the competencies are regulated according to the Ordinance on the Training and Examination of State-Certified Food Chemists of September 5, 2008, which was amended by the Ordinance of May 28, 2021 (APOLmCh).


Program Structure

The Bachelor's program in Food Chemistry can only be started in the winter semester.
