• In case of problems with online registration for exams, please contact the examination office immediately in person, by phone, or by email.
• Problems reported after the registration deadline cannot be considered.
• Late registration for exams by employees of the examination office is not possible.
• Registration for exams is done through WueStudy.

Hinweise zum Zeugnisantrag

• The certificate can only be applied for when results are available for all completed examination performances and these are correctly booked in WueStudy.
• Please check if your name, first names, and place of birth and, if applicable, country of birth match your official documents. Otherwise, these will be incorrectly stated on the certificate. Necessary corrections and any name changes must be proven to the Department of Student Affairs before applying for the certificate.
• The date of issue of the certificate is the date on which the certificate is issued. The date of passing is the day or date of the last examination performance. This is usually the date on which you actually completed your last examination performance, such as the submission of your thesis or the date of recognition of your last examination performance (e.g., foreign degree recognition).
• The certificate can also be picked up by an authorized person. To do this, you must issue a written power of attorney with the name of the person picking it up and sign it by hand; the authorized person must present this power of attorney and their ID at the examination office.
• The certificate documents can also be sent to a specified address at your own expense by registered mail. For postal dispatch, please send us 4.45 in stamps (!). Cash or a transfer cannot be accepted.
