Program Description

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet one of the following requirements:


  • Have completed a general matriculation examination
  • Have completed a vocational matriculation examination in any secondary school program and passed an examination in one of the subjects of the general matriculation examination
  • Have completed any four-year secondary school program before June 1, 1995

Selection Criteria

If the number of applicants exceeds the available spots, the selection will be based on the following criteria:


  • For applicants with a general matriculation examination: 60% of the points will be based on the overall success in the general matriculation examination, and 40% of the points will be based on the overall success in the 3rd and 4th years of secondary school
  • For applicants with a vocational matriculation examination: 40% of the points will be based on the overall success in the vocational matriculation examination, 40% of the points will be based on the overall success in the 3rd and 4th years of secondary school, and 20% of the points will be based on the success in the subject of the general matriculation examination
