About the Programme

The goal of the programme is to provide students with knowledge of biopsychosocial characteristics of individual age groups and sexes, health aspects of physical load, physiological aspects of physical load, basic biomechanical aspects of physical load, and general pedagogic, andragogical, and didactic aspects of sports practice. Students are empowered to plan, implement, and control practices that influence the motor and functional abilities and physical characteristics of healthy persons.
