Program Overview
Introduction to the Enoviti Magistrski tudijski Program Pravo
The Enoviti Magistrski tudijski Program Pravo, or the Unified Master's Study Program in Law, is a five-year program offered by the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana. This program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in law, preparing them for various legal professions and further academic pursuits.

Program Structure

Admission Criteria
To be eligible for the program, candidates must:
- Have completed a four-year secondary school program or have achieved equivalent qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Slovenian language at the B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
- Meet specific criteria for selection if the number of applicants exceeds the available spots
Selection Criteria
In cases where the program is oversubscribed, candidates are selected based on their:
- Overall achievement in the secondary school leaving examination (60% of the total score)
- Average grade in the 3rd and 4th years of secondary school (40% of the total score)
External Course Selection
Students can choose external elective courses from other higher education institutions. To do so, they must fill out a specific form and attach a verified syllabus of the chosen course. The form and syllabus must be signed and stamped by the responsible person at the other institution and sent electronically.
Conditions for Progression
To progress from one year to the next, students must complete a certain number of ECTS credits:
- From the 1st to the 2nd year: at least 52 ECTS
- From the 2nd to the 3rd year: completion of the 1st year (60 ECTS) and at least 54 ECTS from the 2nd year
- From the 3rd to the 4th year: completion of the 2nd year (60 ECTS) and at least 54 ECTS from the 3rd year
- From the 4th to the 5th year: completion of the 3rd year (60 ECTS) and at least 54 ECTS from the 4th year
Graduation Conditions
Students complete the program after accumulating 300 ECTS credits. Upon completion, they are awarded the professional title of Magister prava or Magistrica prava.
