Conditions for Progression and Completion

Doctoral Study Program in Kinesiology

  • To progress from the first to the second year of doctoral studies, students must complete at least 50 ECTS of study obligations.
  • Progression to the third year requires the completion of all study obligations from the first and second years.
  • The third and fourth years are dedicated to individual research work and the preparation and defense of the doctoral dissertation.
  • A condition for completing the study and obtaining the title of Doctor of Science is the successful defense of the doctoral dissertation and the publication of at least one scientific article in a journal indexed by SCI, where the doctoral student is the first author.
