Bachelor of Creative Arts (Film and Screen)

The Bachelor of Creative Arts (Film and Screen) degree is designed to provide students with a broad base of knowledge, skills, and experiences to explore a wide range of career options within the film, television, and digital media industries. This course gives students the opportunity to work across various genres and formats, preparing them for a career in the screen industry.

Entry Requirements

  • Film and Screen major (96 credit points)

• Graduates work in the film and screen industries on film sets, for production companies, or as freelance professionals.
• Career outcomes include cinematography, vision and sound editing, directing, script-writing, producing, or production management.
• Graduates have gone on to make films or programs that have won prestigious awards and screened at international film festivals.

Fees

• The 2026 fee for Commonwealth-supported students is $12,500 per year full-time.
• The 2026 fee for international students is $39,800 per year full-time.
