- If the chosen institution is already listed in the university's database, students can click on "Apply" and fill out the form.
- If the institution is not listed, students must contact their faculty's Erasmus+ coordinator to add the institution to the database.
- Students must also provide any required documents, such as a letter of consent from their supervisor or a confirmation of preliminary acceptance from the foreign institution.
