Technology & Engineering Studies (BS): Technical Emphasis

Program Information

The Technology & Engineering Studies (BS): Technical Emphasis program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in technology and engineering studies. The program requires a minimum of 75 credit hours and a maximum of 76 credit hours.


Learning Outcomes

The program has four learning outcomes:


  1. Technical Competency: Students will demonstrate technical competency in technology and engineering studies.
  2. Creative Design and Problem-Solving: Students will demonstrate creative design, entrepreneurial, innovative problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  3. Effective Communication: Students will demonstrate effective communication skills.
  4. Lifelong Learning: Students will demonstrate lifelong learning skills.

Program Requirements

The program has four requirements:


  1. Requirement 1: Complete three requirements:
    • Requirement 1.1: Complete one of two courses:
