Course Details
What You Will Study
The Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management combines the study of core business and management areas with industry-based practical experience. Students develop practical skills in several on-campus establishments, including the Lakeside restaurant, private dining room, and coffee shop.
Foundation Year
For students who don't meet the entry requirements, a Business, Economics, Hospitality, and Tourism Management Foundation Year is available. This extra year of study develops skills and makes it easier to start at the university. Upon successful completion, students can progress to the first year of their degree.
Course Structure
