The Digital Assistance Project is a collaborative effort with Citizens Advice, where students will engage in research on social policy and access to justice issues. As part of this program, students will receive training to handle real-life client enquiries via phone and email.

Program Components

Research and Training

• Students will conduct research on social policy and access to justice issues.
• They will participate in client interview skills programs.
• Case recording and a variety of enquiry workshops will be part of the training.
