Intrapreneurial Training

The University of Surrey offers intrapreneurial training, designed to equip individuals with the skills to think entrepreneurially and drive innovation from within an organization.

Pathways into Intrapreneurship

There are two main pathways into intrapreneurship offered by the University of Surrey:

Intrapreneurial Knowledge Exchange Enterprise Pathway (IKEEP)

The IKEEP pathway introduces participants to the fundamentals of intrapreneurship through short online training chapters, covering topics such as:

• Business model thinking
• Communication and persuasion
• Team dynamics in professional settings Participants will also have the opportunity to:
• Explore commercial thinking in a safe, supportive environment
• Strengthen their CV with recognized training and experience

Innovation through Technological Knowledge (iTEK)

The iTEK pathway is Surrey's flagship intrapreneurial program, established with ERA Foundation funding. It is embedded into selected modules, giving participants the chance to work in small, multidisciplinary teams directly with businesses. Through iTEK, participants will:

• Collaborate with businesses to deliver solutions that matter
• Build practical skills through structured training and support
• Present outcomes directly to industry partners
• Gain exposure to real business environments before graduation
• Bridge the gap between academic study and industry practice
