Stark in F³hrung - Female Leadership 2026

Seminar Details

The seminar "Stark in F³hrung - Female Leadership 2026" is a development program that consists of 7 modules, each lasting 2.5 days. The program covers topics such as:

• Personal development and self-management
• Leadership, motivation, and communication
• Women as leaders
• Team leadership and team processes
• Constructive conflict resolution
• Expectations and demands on leadership in times of change
• Building a personal brand

The program includes a competency assessment and coaching before and after the training.
